La Région Alsace
The Alsace Region aims at bringing companies closer to the world of research by setting up partnerships between public laboratories and private societies which have an original project in technology development or research and development.
Furthermore, the regional institution endorses technology transfer structures by providing the 6 Regional Centres for Innovation and Technological Transfer (CRITT) and to the Technology Platforms (PFT) with support in order to reinforce the connection between companies and training courses.

ARI
The Regional Agency for Innovation was established by the Region Alsace to offer for companies personalized service for advising and accompanying in their innovative projects.
Committed alongside companies, the Agency identifies their potential development and participates to development of action plans, informs, advises and guides them in their innovation efforts. As part of its tasks, it also facilitates business access to best regional, national or European technological resources.

OSEO
Thanks to its know-how, OSEO provides engineering and support services to innovators (small and medium-sized companies or industries, laboratories, business initiators...) in a global approach to the project :
Personnalised support : evaluation and help with project management, with seeking partneres and with promotin innovation
Promoting tools dividing up risk : zero-rate advance, refundable if successful
Customised actions : to develop new products, processes or services, innovative business initiatives, recruitment (R & D staff), technology transfer, financec mobilisation (new parks, FCPI...) as well as European and international partnerships (PCRD, EUREKA)

La DRIRE
DRIRE is a service of the Ministery for Industry. Its "Industrial development division" aims at anticipating and accompanying regional industry mutations and, with its partners, creating an environment which is favourable to long-lasting development of work creating activities.
Technology transfer enables companies to incorporate new knowledge originating from research, in order to define projects and new services or with higher added tax. As a priority, the "industrial development" division supports collective projects amongst businesses by granting subsidies or providing methodological advice to project managers.
